Use of World Pulse Polls

1) Agreement to terms

By accessing or using World Pulse Polls (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region). If you are under the applicable age, you may only use the Service with a parent or legal guardian’s permission.

3) Accounts & security

• You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• Do not share your password or allow others to use your account.
• We may place reasonable limits (e.g., one account per person; rate limits) to protect the Service.

4) Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., comments). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, publish, and display that content for operating, promoting, and improving the Service. You promise you have the rights to submit it and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights or violate laws.

5) Voting & anti-abuse

• Votes are limited to one per poll per account (additional controls may apply to prevent abuse).
• Automated voting, fake accounts, or attempts to manipulate results are prohibited.
• We may adjust, remove, or invalidate suspicious votes or restrict accounts we reasonably suspect of abuse.

6) Acceptable use

• No illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• No doxxing, impersonation, or incitement to violence.
• No attempting to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service.
• No posting others’ copyrighted material without permission.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including our logos, brand, and UI, is protected by IP laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8) Moderation & enforcement

We may remove content or restrict/terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law. We may preserve and disclose information when required by law.

9) Third-party services

The Service may link to third-party sites or use third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, email). We aren’t responsible for third-party content or practices—review their terms and privacy policies.

10) Copyright & takedowns

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us with: (a) your contact info; (b) identification of the work; (c) the allegedly infringing material and its location; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you’re authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. 11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee accuracy of poll results or uninterrupted availability.

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Pulse Polls and its owners, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

13) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless World Pulse Polls from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

14) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violations of these terms. Upon termination, certain provisions (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) continue to apply.

15) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where we operate. If required, local consumer protections in your region may also apply. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction will resolve disputes unless otherwise required by law.

16) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. We’ll post updates here and revise the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., in-app or email).
